OS X automator workflow for converting Xvid, Divx, WMV files for Apple TV

I found a very interesting post on Digg.
I still not own an AppleTV, for the reason that my mini works well as media center :-D .
The post details an automatically way to convert Xvid, Divx, WMV files to the Apple TV.
